凛子心理工作室，六月上旬，为青海省财政厅国有资产管理培训班实施中医心理养生授课。

中医情志即七情五志。《内经》中:“ 肝在志为怒,心在志为喜,脾在志为思,肺在志为忧,肾在志为恐 ” ，说明每个脏腑都有其情志活动, 这种情志活动是人体对外界刺激产生的情感反应, 是身体健康的表现。若刺激过强或持续时间过长,脏气受到冲击, 气机逆乱，就可造成人体阴阳失调，气血不和,脏腑功能紊乱，导致疾病发生。中医养生主张形神俱养，养神之道贵在“静”，做到摒除杂念，内无所蓄，外无所逐，专心致志，精神静谧，“寡言语以养气，寡思虑以养神”，避免“多思则神殆，多念则志散，多欲则志昏。内炼精神，外炼筋骨，调息养气，畅通经络、调和气血，使之精充、气足、神旺，而心理治疗则是传统中医的重要治疗手段。
