第四十八章  无为之为
为学日益，为道日损。损之又损，以至于无为。无为而无不为。取天下常以无事，及其有事，不足以取天下。

The Art of Acting within theNatural Laws

The pursuit oflearning is to increase day by day. The practice of the TAO is to decrease dayby day. Less and less is done until one reaches non-action.

When nothing isdone, nothing is left undone. The world is led by not interfering.

When one iscompelled to do something, The world is already beyond his conquering.

后天有为的学习，知识日积月累，而修心明德，则是逐日减少私心和贪欲。不断地减少私心和贪欲，以致达到遵道顺势而为。一切符合自然去行为就无所不能了。

遵道治理国家要以不扰民为根本，如以繁苛之政扰害民众，就不配治理国家了。
