廖志伟:美团等多家外卖O2O暂停早餐业务

8月24日消息，近日有消息称美团网外卖早餐业务在北京丰台区某写字楼配送时，遭到当地城管的查抄，现在已经停止服务。

美团网方面则对腾讯科技表示，目前早餐业务已经履约完毕，业务已经停止：“履约环节在目前的情况下，很难进一步提升用户体验，因此关闭。早餐属于测试类产品，团队将转向外卖业务。”

美团网方面进一步表示，用户对早餐预定的习惯尚未养成，同时早餐业务的开展受到城管等带来的外力干扰较多，影响用户体验。

做早餐配送业务并非美团一家，从去年年底开始，百度外卖、饿了么等外卖O2O平台都陆续开始送早餐。这种业务的特点往往首先造成送餐员和物业保安的冲突，进而导致城管介入，甚至可能被直接查抄。

目前，百度外卖微信预订平台显示，早餐业务暂时停止；饿了么方面则表示，为避免查抄，他们现在已经把领餐点设置在写字楼附近的餐厅里。
