第五十二章  执母知子

天下有始，以为天下母。既得其母，以知其子，复守其母，没身不殆。
塞其兑，闭其门，终身不勤。开其兑，济其事，终身不救。
见小曰明，守柔曰强。用其光，复归其明，无遗身殃；是为袭常。

 
Know the Offsprings from the Mother

There was a beginning of theuniverse Which may be regarded as the Mother of the Universe. From the Mother,we may know her sons. He who has found the mother (Tao) And thereby understandsher sons (things), And having understood the sons, Still keeps to its mother,Will be free from danger throughout his lifetime

Close the mouth. Shut thedoors (of cunning and desires). And to the end of life there will be (peace)without toil.

Open the mouth. Meddle withaffairs. And to the end of life there will be no salvation.

Tosee the small is to have insight. To hold on to weakness is to be strong.

Use the Light, return toinsight, and thereby be preserved from harm. This is practicing the eternal.

纯宇宙意识能量是万物的本始，是宇宙万物生成之源头。既然知道无形能量为母，有形万物为子，又持守万物的母体根源，则终生不会有什么凶险。塞住贪欲的孔窍，关闭贪欲的门户，也就不会过度消耗生命能量了。打开贪欲的孔窍，沉溺于世俗名利场中，那么，终生无法享有本源的和谐、平静。观察到纯宇宙意识能(道, PURE CONSCIOUSNESS)其微细叫明理，而能守住其柔弱才叫强大。   

运用宇宙智慧之光，反照内在的明，定能逢凶化吉，这才是因袭自然之常道。
